The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is a case of firing upon the informant and others and also gold items and cash of Rs.2000/- by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that co-accused Himanshu Kumar is the proprietor of Himanshu Repo Agency, the petitioner and others

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47746 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 are the staff of Himanshu Repo Agency Mahendra & Mahindra Financial Service Limited executed an agreement deed in favour of Himanshu Kumar for the purpose of recovery and seizure of the vehicle, if the owner of the vehicle did not pay the instalment amount to the Finance and the petitioner is only staff of Himanshu Kumar and only because of this, he has been implicated in this case.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 675 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
