The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 23 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.03.2019.

Referring to the statement of the victim under section 164 Cr.P.C. wherein the victim has stated that out of anger she left for Delhi and thereafter returned home, he submits that there is no allegation of any mischief against the petitioner. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,
