This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Nokha P.S. Case No.129 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 420, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Some criminals were apprehended while they were planning to commit dacoity.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2023. 5.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38161 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, in connection with Nokha P.S. Case No.129 of 2022. 7.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Nokha Police Station, District- Rohtas at Sasaram on first Sunday of every month.
