The petitioner is in custody in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 147 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1b) (a), 26 of the Arms Act and Section 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that from his possession one loaded country made pistol and six live cartridges were recovered. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 27.12.2018.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on
