2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, informant got secret information that 6-7 miscreants are about to commit some mischief near the bank of river Gandak and on receiving such information, when police reached at the spot, the miscreants started to flee but three of them were apprehended by the police along with one Apache motorcycle. One of the apprehended coaccused disclosed the name of this petitioner. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37299 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he has been made accused only on the basis of statement of apprehended co-accused.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
