The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 341, 323, 325, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3(1) (x) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The informant alleged that petitioners and others were fixing pole in the land of informant and on protest, the petitioners and others assaulted the informant and abused him by naming his caste.

It appears that there is no specific allegation of abusing is made against the petitioners and there is land dispute between the parties.

No.15352 of 2016 (2) dt.25-04-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anil Kumar, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in SC &ST P.S. Case No. 01 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
