At the outset, the Ld. Counsel appearing for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order dated 15.02.2024 passed in CWJC No. 27 of 2024, the District Magistrate, Siwan

Patna High Court MJC No.1843 of 2024(3) dt.19-06-2026 2/2 has already considered and rejected the representation of the petitioner vide order contained in Memo No. 1170 dated 6.8.2024, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with. 3.

At this juncture, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 6.8.2024, by taking recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 4.

The petition stands disposed of.
