The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386. 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case is that on 25.10.2015 at 4.30 P.M. the informant along with 5-6 persons were sitting at his water plant, in the meantime, three persons came on motorcycle, namely, Chhotu Singh, petitioner and one unknown, they demanded rupees five lakhs as extortion and on refusal they resorted to fire.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the wages dispute as the petitioner was

No.15205 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 working in the water plant of the informant the accusation has been levelled and no injury was caused to anyone nor any sign of firing has been found at the place of occurrence. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (F.C.I.) P.S. Case No. 395 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
