JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. C.A. 738/2012 instituted under Section-498 A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Katihar. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage has taken place in the year 2009 and this complaint has been filed in the year 2012. He further submits that prior to filing of this complaint the couple were living peacefully and they have been blessed with a son but for some other reasons differences and disputes arisen leading to this case.

Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner, namely, Shyam

No.33622 of 2014 (02) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 Sahni alias Shyamlal Sahni shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Katihar in connection with Complaint Case No. C.A.738/2012, subject to all conditions as laid down in Section438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
