1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 1214 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, for demand of dowry the deceased has been killed by the accused.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and she is in custody since 29.12.2022.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the deceased has two children and they have to be looked after by the family members of the accused as the prosecution side has not taken two children to their home.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Supaul/ concerned Court below in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 1214 of 2022. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
