Petitioners seek bail in S.T. No.29-A of 2016 arising out of Bariarpur P.S. Case No.100 of 2012 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302, 307/34 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that Petitioners are in custody since 29.01.2018. They are not named in the First Information Report.

In the written report, there is specific allegation against Rajeev Sah of causing firearm injury on the chest and ear of son of the informant on account of which he died. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37674 of 2019(2) dt.21-06-2019 2/2 in the statement of the witnesses in para 11 and 12 that these petitioners were also found running away from the place of occurrence.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ADJ, IV, Munger, in connection with S.T. No.29-A of 2016 arising out of Bariarpur P.S. Case No.100 of 2012, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners. (Sanjay Priya, J) J. Alam/- U T
