2. In pursuance to the earlier order a 2nd supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna enclosing the pension payment order by which petition and gratuity has been

3. Considering the submissions and the counter affidavit, this writ application is disposed of with direction to Respondent No. 8, the District Treasury Officer, Aurangabad to ensure payment of arrears of family pension and gratuity to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

4. So far arrears of salary, if any, of erstwhile employee is concerned, the petitioner and Respondent No. 9 would represent before Respondent No. 5, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Aurangabad and the same would be distributed and paid as per the affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner and Respondent No. 9 within a period of six weeks.
