This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail in a case under Sections 420, 465, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Complainant purchased land from its rightful owner thereafter petitioners by impersonating a lady purchased a portion of the said land in their favour. Due to the said land dispute, petitioners abused the complainant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the dispute is civil in nature. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33306 of 2014 (2) dt.06-02-2015 directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 2853 of 2012 (Tr. No. 3899 of 2014), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
