Petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Fatuha P.S. Case No. 278 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 326, 307, 448/504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

From reading the F.I.R. and the order of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, 11th Patna, refusing the anticipatory bail. It is apparent that there is hardly any case to prosecute the petitioner. In any view of the matter, the informant has appeared and stated that there is compromise between the parties. Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named
