Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 09.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61618 of 2022, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, but the petitioner could not surrender within time, as he went to Delhi for earning his livelihood.

In view of the aforesaid fact, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
