This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Bairganiya P.S. Case No. 57 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 386 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is a member of gang who had demanded extortion of Rs. 25 Lakhs from shopkeeper. He is also accused in other cases.

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
