JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

An FIR has been lodged in which it has been alleged that certain persons have produced forged and fabricated certificates. All certificates are genuine. Petitioner has produced the same for verification and till date verification has not been made.

In such view of the matter, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24723 of 2017 (3) dt.01-07-2017 Mukesh Paswan, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No.169 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Vinay/- U T
