The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 212/2015. G.R. No. 3625/2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he gave a loan of Rs. 8,95,000/- to the petitioner for running a business, but the money was not returned to him.

It is submitted that the informant has not given Rs. 8,95,000/- to the petitioner, but the petitioner received only Rs. 2,95,000/- from the informant through two cheques of S.B.I. and one cheque of I.C.I.C.I.

Considering the facts aforesaid and if the petitioner will pay Rs. 2,95,000/- to the informant through bank draft within four weeks, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 212/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
