The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Babubari P.S. Case No. 84 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that similarly circumstanced coaccused Md. Arif and Md. Bablu have already been granted pre-arrest bail vide reasoned order dated 20.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 14433 of 2016 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 20.04.2016, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-II, Madhubani in connection with Babubari P.S. Case No. 84 of 2015 (G. R. No. 1579 of 2015), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
