The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim died due to illness and the informant has retracted from his initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12390 of 2015 (2) dt.25-03-2015 2 / 2 surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 96 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned A.C.J.M. Gaya.
