2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304 (B), 323 , 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 .

3 . It is a case of dowry death .

4. Petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law and petitioner No. 2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. They are simply victims of over implications. They are separate in mess and property. There is no specific allegation alleged against them and they have no concern with the affairs of the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Motihari East Champaran in connection with Kesariya P . S. Case No . 578 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
