26-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 349 of 2015 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, there is no eyewitness to the occurrence. Petitioner and others are named merely on suspicion by the informant whose husband has been killed. Even perusing the order of the learned Judge rejecting the application for anticipatory bail, it is apparent that there is no material directly connecting the petitioner to the occurrence apart from suspicion. No.15913 of 2016 (3) dt.26-05-2016 arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Mahesh Das, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 349 of 2015, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
