The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case no. 2583/2011, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that Plot no. 5289 Khata no. 207 stands in the name of Kanchan Rai. The same land was acquired by the Railway Wheel factory, Dariyapur but the petitioner with the help of Land Acquisition Officer interpolated the documents and got the compensation amount. It is submitted that the entire allegation is false. Prima facie no case is found under Section 420 of the Indian Penal
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13671 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 Code.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Complaint Case No. 2583 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
