The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kurhani P.S. Case No. 382 of 2020, dated 25.06.2020, instituted for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the recovery has wrongly been saddled upon them. The petitioners are in custody since 26.06.2020 and are persons of clean antecedents.

Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioners and the nature of accusation against them, they are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzafarpur in connection with Kurhani P.S.
