The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):-:- "That the instant writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in nature of Mandamus commanding directing the respondent to pay the admitted work bill of Rs-1,15,305/-(one lakh fifteen thousand three hundred five only) along with 18% interest since the date of dues

2/4 to be paid, in light of work order given by the respondent no.4 vide Memo No.

3179/80 dated 14.01.2016 for supply of work items i.e. Door step delivery vehicle chhalan, Enforcement Book, Weight Memo, Acceptance Chhalan, Purchased cum payment, Voucher for CMR, Advice of Department RO Storage and Gate pass and also details of rate and number of quantity was fully described in the work order and further given instruction to ensure the above item suplied within 7 days.

Further for issuance of such other appropriate order or direction. to the respondents which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the counsels.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of directing the Respondent No. 4 herein to dispose of the representations dated 04.04.2022 and 25.12.2016 by fixing a time frame.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent-BSFC submits that the representations given by the petitioner is of the year 2022 and the same may not be available in the office of the Respondent No. 4 herein. Learned counsel submits that in case the petitioner gives a fresh representation, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and necessary orders passed.

Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the Respondent No. 4, i.e., the District Manager, State Food Corporation, within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given, the authority shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law and pass necessary orders. The authority shall endeavor to dispose of the said representation as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation made by the petitioner. Any any decision taken by the authorities shall be communicated to the parties.

7. In case the claim made by the petitioner is found to be genuine, the authorities shall make necessary arrangement for payment of the admitted dues.

8. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
