2. In this case, relief was granted to the petitioner on 04.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 21421 of 2024.

3. Five months later, the present petition has been filed submitting that they were not aware of the order and as such, delay has occurred.

4. Learned APP, Mr. Bharat Bhushan objects to it and submits that in this case, the onus lies on the learned counsel for the petitioner and he has to explain why the information was not given to the petitioners who were granted relief.

5. The objection seems to be just and proper. However, since the relief has been granted, further two weeks' time is granted to surrender in the matter subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority, East Champaran, Motihari (which shall be used exclusively for the purchase of journals).

6. The present petition (Cr. Misc. No. 68211 of 2024) stands allowed and the period of surrender is further extended for two weeks from today.
