The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 384, 353, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
It is alleged that the informant being the Headmaster of the School was assaulted, abused by calling caste name and Rs. 1,09,700/- was taken by accused persons.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the

No.10673 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 2 / 3 petitioners that accusation was levelled against nine persons when six persons were not sent up for trial and charge sheet (final form) was submitted against the petitioners only under Sections 147, 341, 323,353, 504 of the I.P.C. and 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and cognizance has also been taken under the same provisions of the I.P.C.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that since the petitioners protested for irregularity in distribution of dress under the government scheme, accusation has been levelled against the petitioners. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Moreover after conclusion of investigation, the case was not found true under Section 379 of the I.P.C.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 160 of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.
