The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2016 dated 13.01.2016 instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been named in the FIR and his implication in the present case is only on the basis of confession of one Varun Kumar Singh coincidentally has been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court.

The petitioner earlier was made accused in two cases about which reference has been given in paragraph-3 of the bail petition but in both the cases he

Considering the aforenoted nature of accusation against the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
