JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-03-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 341, 379, 504 of the I.P.C.
Accusation is causing injury with knife on the head of the informant and snatching Rs. 800/-. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury has been found to be superficial, simple in nature.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12793 of 2015 (2) dt.26-03-2015 2/2 Saran, Chapra.
Accordingly the application is disposed off.
