JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-09-2016 Heard Sri Satish Chandra Jha No. 3, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor The petitioner, who was at the relevant time "Mukhiya" has approached this court for quashing of order of cognizance in a case in which police after investigation submitted charge sheet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material to show involvement of the petitioner even then petitioner has been charge-sheeted.

However, after going through the impugned order the
