The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

11 liters Beer has been recovered from Mahindra Auto, of which, this petitioner is registered owner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and without his knowledge or consent, his vehicle was being used by the driver for transportation of illicit liquor. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner is

Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
