This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn my attention to this Court's order dated 26.02.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8257 of 2015 whereby this Court has granted anticipatory bail to the parents of the petitioner on the ground that the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the court below and that accusation is omnibus and general.

No.8547 of 2015 (3) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 Let the petitioners above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Patory P.S. Case No. 141 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
