The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 304(B), 201, 34 of the IPC. 3.

Allegedly, the petitioner in connivance with other accused persons is said to have committed murder of the daughter of the informant and disposed the dead body some where, due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. 4.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. Petitioner is the father-inlaw of the deceased and the allegation leveled against him is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. It is submitted that no demand of dowry was made nor the deceased was subjected to any torture by the petitioner and he had no concern with the family

Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the mother-in-law of the deceased has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.31090 of 2023 dated 17.07.2023 with condition that Court below shall accept the bail bond of the petitioner once the husband of the deceased surrenders before the learned court below and present petitioner is also ready to accept the said condition. 5.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No.118 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

However, learned court below is directed to accept the bail bond of the petitioner once the husband of the deceased surrenders before the learned court below.
