2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Madhaurah P.S. Case No. 280 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 370, 371, 372(1)/34 of the Indian Penal Code; Section 8 of POCSO Act; Sections 75/79 of the J.J. Act; Sections 3/4/5/6 of I.T.P Act 1956 and Section 16/17/18 of Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act, 1976.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has employed minor girls to dance in the orchestra. The petitioner is the owner of the orchestra.

4. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.
