2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 113 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(A), 22(b), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. The recovery is of 0.475 Kg of ganja from the house of the petitioner who is in custody since 05.04.2025.

4. This application is disposed of with direction to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Banka to explain to the petitioner/accused the fact that the recovery is of small quantity and the maximum punishment is one year and if he pleads guilty, he may be let off after completing a particular period in custody. If the petitioner pleads guilty, appropriate order shall be

5. In case, the petitioner does not plead guilty, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Banka.
