JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 01-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. By order dated 16.12.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No.28641 of 2020, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim was examined by the Medical Board on 08.11.2019 and the Medical Board has assessed the age of the victim about 18 to 19 years.

Considering the fact that the ground of opinion of the doctor about the age of the victim was also available on the date when the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected, i.e., 16.12.2020, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.110 of 2019,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47575 of 2021(2) dt.01-09-2021 2/2 giving rise to Spl. Case No.199 of 2019.

However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
