The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2427 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A, 494/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner no.1 is mother-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is elder sister-in-law and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36330 of 2019(3) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 petitioner no. 3 is father-in-law. They have no concern with the alleged occurrence.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-XVI, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 2427 of 2018/Trial No. 1808 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
