Present anticipatory bail application as against Petitioner No. 3 has already been withdrawn earlier. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 161/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations levelled against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2258 of 2021(3) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 petitioner No. 1 and the fact that she is a lady, she is granted anticipatory bail.

Considered the allegations against the petitioners No. 2, 3 and 4 for a petty land dispute they assaulted an old man and he died.

In these circumstances, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners No. 2 and 4. It is, accordingly, dismissed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner No. 1 (Sivpati @ Sivpatiya Devi) above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. IXth, Patna in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 161 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
