2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- "I. For issuance of a direction, order or writ in the nature of Mandamus to reply the representation filed by the petitioner on different occasions starting from 20.11.2024 till 06.05.2026 and appoint the petitioner on the compassionate ground.

II. For issuance of a direction, order or writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the Respondents towards making payment of legitimate dues amounting to Rs. 1,73,760/- in

Patna High Court CWJC No.9423 of 2026(2) dt.02-07-2026 2/3 favour of the Petitioner being the due amount of salary of his mother from June 2014 till November 2014.

III. For issuance of directions to the respondents to appoint the Petitioner on the compensatory ground and also direct the Respondents to make the payment of salary from the date of application for the Compassionate appointment.

IV. For issuance of direction to the Respondents to pay half of the salary i.e., Rs 14,480/- as interim payment till the pendency of the writ application.

V. For any other relief or reliefs to which the Petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

VI. For direction as to costs."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in response of letter issued by the respondent authorities in the year 2025, he has provided all the documents demanded, but even after filing representation in 2026, no decision has been taken by the respondent authorities.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner's representation is pending before the concerned respondent authorities, although the cause of action arose in 2014.

5. In this background, this writ petition stands disposed off directing the concerned respondent authorities to take decision on the representation of the petitioner which is annexed as Annexure-P/12, within 90 days from the date of production of a copy of this order.
