No. 36972 of 2011 for extending the period of surrender. However, the bail was granted to the petitioner on 10.04.2012 and he has come for extending the period of surrender after about two and four months. Hence, the modification application is dismissed in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2011 pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur.
