JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2016 The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 305 of 2013 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that during anti crime checking one Hyundai Eon Care was intercepted which was being driven by one Anjani Nandan, who failed to produce the registration documents with regard to the car and suggested the name of the owner of the vehicle as Sanjay Kumar @ Vicky and this petitioner. The car was being driven on the basis of forged registration documents.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the car does not belong to the petitioner. Actually the car belongs to one Chandan Kumar who has filed an application for release of the same before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15705 of 2016 (2) dt.24-06-2016 learned court below. The case was registered in 2013 and there is nothing on record to suggest the present stage of the case.

Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage.

Accordingly, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions at the appropriate stage.
