Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 04/03/2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.69790/ 2021.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of petitioner transpired in this case during the course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused. No narcotic substance has been recovered either from the possession or from the house of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 25/10/2021. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
