2. Sole petitioner namely Arun Singh apprehends his arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 447, 448, 341, 342, 323, 325, 337, 338, 354(B), 379, 307, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the leg of father-in-law of informant with iron rod. Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature. Petitioner has also one criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37749 of 2025(4) dt.15-11-2025 2/2 antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner namely Arun Singh stands rejected.
