In view of the above submissions, the order dated 02-04-2015 is modified to the extent that at paragraph-2 of the order, in place of "under Sections-120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code", it should be read as "under Sections-120(B)/ 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code".
