JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.2.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 53477 of 2015. By order dated 22.2.2016, petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks but he could not surrender in the court below within the time granted. As such, now a prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner for extension of time to surrender in the court below and in this regard sufficient ground has been stated in the petition. On a consideration of the ground stated in the petition, same is allowed and period of surrender is extended by further two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The earlier order dated 22.2.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 53477 of 2015 is modified to the extent, as indicated above. This application stands disposed of.
