The petitioners, four in number, apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 498A, 354A, 354B, 364 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
From perusal of the F.I.R. itself, it appears that the informant narrated the story of her marriage with one Vijay Chaudhary in the year 1977 and thereafter the informant stated different facts. On the face of it, it appears that on account of land dispute, the present case is filed after 37 years of marriage. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case is compromised.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7177 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Parihar P.S. Case No. 113/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
