The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 448, 341, 504, 323, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that while he was returning from his field, Nagina Yadav wanted to catch him. Randhir Yadav and Abhash Yadav also followed and took him out from his house and they all assaulted and abused him. The petitioner, who came later, is alleged to have abused the informant. It is submitted that the allegation is false and concocted. The petitioner was inside her house. On account of enmity, the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. The case is compromised. Considering the facts aforesaid, the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the above named petitioner, in the event of her

No.16432 of 2016 (2) dt.10-05-2016 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. II, Nalanda at Biharsharif in SC/ST P.S. Case No. 124/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
