Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rosera P.S. Case no. 245/2014 registered under sections 341, 323, 354A and 307/34 of the IPC.

The allegation of outraging modesty of the victim is against co-accused Binod Mahto and so far as petitioners are concerned, there is omnibus allegation of assault against them. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7975 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special court, Samastipur under the protection of Children from sexual offences Act-cum-Additional Sessions Judge I, Samastipur in GR no. 810/2014 arising out of Rosera P.S.
