2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that the petitioner has received Rs.1,12,01,500/- on account of retiral dues and arrears of pension.

3. Learned counsel further informs this Court that there are certain dues, which are also required to be paid to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11938 of 2019(14) dt.27-04-2023 2/2 petitioner, which has arisen due to incorrect calculation made, as reflected from the calculation chart.

3. Petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation with respect to the rest grievance, which still remains to be redressed by the University authorities.

4. Considering the limited submissions on behalf of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mrs. Namrata Mishra, if the petitioner is so advised, he may file a detailed representation before the Vice-chancellor/Registrar of the University, the Vice-Chancellor/Registrar of the University is required to dispose of the representation within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

5. With the above observation/direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
