Petitioner is in custody in connection with Mali P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019 under sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 24(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he was among the people assembled near Sattar Pond who were preparing for committing dacoity.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.1.2019. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to
